What You'll Do
As an Operations Team Member, you'll play an essential role in our daily operations:

Preparing pets and memorial products with exceptional care and attention to detail

Operating specialized equipment safely and efficiently

Creating personalized memorial items, including urns, paw prints, and keepsakes

Packaging and preparing memorial products for return to veterinary partners and families

Maintaining accurate documentation and quality standards

Supporting a clean, organized,



and safe work environment

Working collaboratively with your teammates to ensure every family receives exceptional service

We're Looking For Someone Who

Takes pride in producing quality work

Pays close attention to detail

Enjoys hands‑on work in a production or manufacturing environment

Is dependable and enjoys working as part of a team

Can comfortably lift and move materials throughout the day

Experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, production, logistics, assembly, shipping and receiving, or skilled trades is considered an asset, but we’re happy to train individuals with the right attitude and work ethic.
