As an Apprenticeship Coordinator, you will enhance the Group Sponsor Program's success by collaborating with Apprenticeship Specialists. Your key duties will include coordinating registrations, maintaining apprentice records, and tracking progression while ensuring that deadlines and requirements are fulfilled across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate apprentice onboarding and documentation
• Support Apprenticeship Specialists with portfolios
• Keep accurate records of apprentices and employers




• Monitor apprentice training and certification milestones
• Collaborate with stakeholders for program excellence

Requirements:
• 1-3 years in administration or workforce development
• Outstanding organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Familiarity with Ontario's apprenticeship system is a plus
