As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll work within a team to perform maintenance and repairs at various buildings. Engaging with residents and clients in both occupied and common areas, you'll ensure that all properties are safeguarded and well-maintained through regular inspections and direct support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct maintenance and repairs for Cool Aid buildings
• Perform routine property and safety inspections
• Work closely with clients in occupied spaces
• Collaborate with a diverse, professional team
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines in all tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 10 education with vocational training
• Two years of related work experience or equivalent
• Must pass a criminal record check
• Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clear record
• Responsible for using personal protective equipment
