Key Responsibilities:
• Complete maintenance tasks to high standards
• Address resident feedback and complaints effectively
• Keep properties clean, well-maintained, and ready for occupancy




• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance checks
• Participate in on-call emergency response as required

Requirements:
• 2-3 years experience in maintenance and repairs
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented with effective follow-up skills
• Ability to conduct minor repairs in various trades
• Physical capacity to manage heavy lifting and maintenance tasks
