Duties
Prepare and cook authentic German dishes with precision and attention to detail, ensuring flavor authenticity and presentation quality
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for various menu items
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen activities in accordance with industry regulations
Serve dishes efficiently to guests, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction
Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination or spoilage
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by managing multiple tasks including meal assembly and plating




Follow recipes accurately while also demonstrating creativity in meal presentation when appropriate

Experience
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with a focus on German or European cuisine
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly within a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for handling ingredients in the food industry
Experience with serving guests directly or working in a customer-facing role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, utensils, and tools used in preparing traditional German dishes
Prior experience in the food industry that demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
