Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and professionalism
Answer incoming calls promptly, using proper phone etiquette to assist with inquiries or direct calls appropriately
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering local recommendations
Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and special requests




Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are resolved swiftly
Support multilingual or bilingual guests by communicating clearly in their preferred language

Experience
Previous experience working in a hotel front desk or customer service role is highly preferred
Solid communication skills with the ability to handle multiple phone lines simultaneously
Proficiency in hospitality software systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus
Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced environments
Knowledge of basic administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and reservation management
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse guests effectively
