In this rapid-paced setting, you play a key role in setting the tone for the guest experience and supporting a smooth, productive service. In the role of Host, you will:
Be a Friendly Face and Voice – Arrive on time to set up and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host area while greeting guests with professionalism in person and over the phone.
Be a Host – Manage reservations, greet and seat guests promptly, provide menus, and assign tables based on guest needs and service flow.
Support the Team – Assist servers with food delivery, refilling drinks, clearing and resetting tables, and helping with guest requests to ensure seamless service.
Focus on Details – Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, properly set, and presentation-ready at all times.
Be Organized – Manage seating flow and communicate effectively with the team to maintain efficiency.
Be a Safety & Security Agent – Follow all safety and security procedures and report concerns as needed.

Job Requirements
Previous restaurant experience preferred
Serve Right certification required




Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced, high-pressure setting
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties In addition to the responsibilities above, essential duties include:
Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
Provide menus and share specials, promotions, and hotel information
Manage and record reservations accurately
Assign tables based on guest needs and service flow
Prepare and reset tables with linens, silverware, and glassware
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
Communicate with kitchen staff, servers, and management
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to concerns promptly
Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy environment
Handle cash and credit transactions and complete daily cash-outs
Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
