Duties
Greet members and guests warmly, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times
Assist customers with product inquiries, including, apparel, accessories, and membership services
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Makes customers aware of applicable golf course rules, regulations, and policies in a qualified and diplomatic manner.
Manage merchandising displays to ensure the pro shop remains organized, attractive, and well-stocked
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about products, services, or tee times
Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, restocking shelves, and processing shipments

Requirements




Previous retail sales or customer service and golf course experience is preferred;
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
Solid communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform basic merchandising tasks and product demos confidently
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or peak hours as needed; a positive attitude and team spirit are essential
