You will maintain relationships with local businesses, manage operations at the coffee trailer, and oversee supply orders and inventory. Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with local restaurants and grocery stores
• Prepare weekly fresh sheets for produce availability




• Create retail signage for Qwal̓ímak Coffee and Nlep̓cálten
• Train staff on coffee trailer operations and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and inventory

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields preferred
• Experience in coffee service and food management
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge for small business
• Valid Food Safe Level 1 certification or willingness to obtain
• Robust organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
