Kahkewistahaw First Nation #72 is seeking a skilled Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) to deliver essential personal care and home management. You will work directly with clients under the supervision of a Home Care RN/Assessor. Candidates must be dedicated to understanding client needs and encouraging independence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized personal care to clients
• Assist with in-home respite and management tasks
• Address assessed needs under RN supervision
• Encourage client independence and decision-making
• Maintain accurate records and client confidentiality

Requirements:
• Certificate in Continuing Care from a recognized institute
• Valid driver's license and CPR/AED certification
