VCH is looking for passionate individuals to fill the Community Service Advisor role across the GTA and Southwestern Ontario. With a commitment of 5-15 hours per week, you will play a crucial role in educating the community and helping individuals navigate healthcare resources. Your work will emphasize partnership-building and impactful outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and coordinate informative webinars and seminars
• Establish and strengthen community organization partnerships




• Act as a point of contact for community resource inquiries
• Develop promotional materials for initiatives and events
• Record and track partnership and event data using CRM systems

Requirements:
• Dedication to community engagement and improving healthcare access
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capacity to handle multiple projects
