The maternity leave coverage of 12–18 months allows you to implement child-centered programs in line with New Brunswick standards. You’ll coordinate day-to-day operations with a focus on effective program delivery and community collaboration, while supervising staff and fostering a nurturing space for children.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to child care and program standards
• Coordinate daily operations and participant liaison
• Promote programs and enhance community engagement
• Oversee program record-keeping and reporting

Requirements:
• ECE Certificate or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years in Child Care or Youth programs
• Supervisory experience is a plus
