Macmillan Davies is seeking a People Coordinator to support HR functions in a reputable manufacturing organisation. This role involves coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and employee development activities.

As part of a busy People team, you will handle the entire recruitment process, from offers to Right to Work checks. Your organisational skills will be put to use in managing training records and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to continuous improvement projects, ensuring effective HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for recent hires
• Support learning by maintaining training records and organizing sessions
• Manage HR systems,

• Create internal communications to boost employee engagement
• Provide administrative support for HR initiatives

Requirements:
• Previous experience as an HR Coordinator or Administrator
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and learning & development
• Strong organizational and IT skills
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive attitude
• CIPD Level 3 or working towards it is desirable
