Seabird Island is seeking a Navigator dedicated to assisting individuals and families in their health journeys by identifying and eliminating barriers to accessing care. The position encompasses navigation, outreach, and the promotion of culturally safe practices to support well-being in Indigenous communities. Collaboration and engagement are key components of this impactful role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first contact for health inquiries
• Identify and mitigate barriers to service access
• Organize outreach efforts in priority areas




• Follow-up on referrals to maintain client wellbeing
• Develop supportive materials for self-navigation

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Nursing or related field
• 3 years experience in health services or community support
• Knowledge of culturally protected practices
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing community needs
