We specialize in building quality post frame buildings and are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our crew. This position involves working on-site to construct post frame buildings from the ground up.

Responsibilities

- Assist with framing, setting posts, and building structures

- Install metal cladding, roofing, and trim

- Operate hand and power tools safely

- Load/unload materials and keep job sites organized

- Follow safety procedures at all times

- Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements

- Construction experience is an asset (but willing to train the right person)

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labour

- Comfortable working at heights

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred

- Ability to work well with a team
