TransAlta Keephills Thermal Plant in Alberta is seeking a Power Plant Operator (1st or 2nd Class Power Engineer) to lead on-shift operations, ensuring protected, reliable plant performance and efficient equipment startup and shutdown.

This is a full-time, on-site union position based 70 kilometers west of Edmonton. The role requires 8–10 years of power generation experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with DCS/control-room operations.
