The ideal candidate is adaptable, technically proficient, and experienced working within healthcare settings where accuracy, confidentiality, and responsiveness are critical.Schedule: Days Monday through FridayLocation: In-Office (1211 Barton St East Unit 4, Hamilton Ontario)Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Clinical SupportProvide day‑to‑day administrative support to multi-disciplinary teamsManage calendars, appointments, meetings, and room scheduling for providers and leadershipPrepare, edit, and distribute reports, correspondence, and documentation related to patient care and operationsPriority & Workflow ManagementEffectively manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and interruptions common in healthcare environmentsAnticipate operational needs and adjust schedules and tasks based on changing daily demandsTrack action items, follow‑ups, and deliverables to ensure timely completionTechnical & Systems ResponsibilitiesNavigate and maintain records with in-house softwareGenerate reports and extract data from clinical or administrative systems as requiredUtilize Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms to support documentation, data tracking, and communicationAssist with system updates, template maintenance, and process documentationCompliance,
