This role is a great segway into our larger construction projects,



this person will help us create and maintain beautiful outdoor living spaces. Our ideal staff members will not only be skilled at their craft but enjoy using equipment on site, working with their hands in a physically demanding environment, and participating in a fun, engaging work experience.What You'll Do:Assist in enhancement tasks, including:Laying paving stones, concrete, and related materialsManual excavation shoveling rock, soil, and other landscaping materialsOperating small-engine equipment like trimmers, lawnmowers, and concrete sawsClean and maintain tools, equipment, and trailersLift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)Work efficiently in diverse weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, or dusty)Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute positively to the teamWork safely with and around skid steers, excavators, and a variety of other heavy equipmentWhat We're Looking For:Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to stand and work with your hands for extended periodsBasic math skills and a cooperative team mindsetComfortable working weekends if needed (weather and schedule dependent)Valid Class 5 Driver's License with access to reliable transportationAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishWork Schedule:April to November (weather-dependent)Monday to Saturday: 10–12 hours/day, with occasional Saturday shiftsDaily tool box meetings occur at 7800 Roblin Blvd, must have reliable transportation to Headingley MBWinter work is available but not requiredExpected hours: 50 – 60 per weekJoin a team that values your hard work, rewards your dedication, and invests in your success.
