Lead healthcare initiatives as a Health Services Manager with Nova Scotia Health in the Northern Zone. This role blends strategic oversight with operational leadership in Transitional and Palliative Care Units. As the Health Services Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Health Services to drive quality patient care.

Your expertise in program planning, financial management, and human resources is vital for the operational success in a cooperative workplace. You will be accountable for evaluating care delivery, cultivating community partnerships, and ensuring a person-centered approach. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Transitional Care and Palliative Care Units
Lead strategic integration of service delivery




Develop and evaluate care improvement initiatives
Foster partnerships within the healthcare continuum
Maintain program accountability and operations Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
At least 5 years of leadership/management experience
Proven skills in program planning and financial management
Valid Nova Scotia Driver’s License Enhance healthcare delivery by bringing your leadership and program management skills to Nova Scotia Health's team in Aberdeen.
