Advance Paper Box is a fully integrated folding carton manufacturing facility including design, die-making, printing, die-cutting, and gluing. We are looking for a full-time Gluer Assistant to join our team.

Note: This is a 12-hour shift from 7 am to 7 pm on the day shift.

Shift Schedule: Continental shifts- 1st week- Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun

2nd week- Wed, Thurs

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Feeding/Catching on the line machine to ensure proper products are running on the machine at all times.
Conduct regular quality checks for all quality defects, damaged cartons, and mismatched products
Ensures proper quality standards are maintained as per company standards, and any defects are reported to the operator, coordinator, and manager immediately.
Ensure the case count is accurate and correct case labels are applied.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment and follow all safety policies.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.





EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
At least 18 years of age and a high school graduate.
At least 1-year experience in a manufacturing/production facility.
Mechanical dexterity, tape measure reading, math, and measuring skills.
Good Communication skills.
Good physical condition and capable of heavy lifting.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
Previous experience in a similar job is an asset
