The Purpose Society is dedicated to community service, supporting men and women at their shelter. You will be responsible for client intake, assessments, service planning, and maintaining a secure setting. This role demands the ability to assist vulnerable populations through direct support and guidance in crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform client intake and needs assessments
• Oversee shelter safety through active monitoring
• Conduct housekeeping duties, including cleaning and cooking
• Support clients’ housing and employment goals
• Manage emergency situations according to protocols

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education and two years of shelter experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HIFIS
• Strong communication skills and non-judgmental attitude
• Ability to work with challenging clients
• Valid First Aid and Food Safe Certificates
