Become an essential part of Tim Horton's Distribution Team in Debert. As a Full-Time Order Selector, you will manually pick and assemble food orders for shipment.

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, this hands-on role requires previous experience in physically demanding work. You will ensure accuracy in picking orders while maintaining production targets. The position involves some cleaning duties and participation in ongoing improvements to our processes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pick and assemble food orders for shipping
• Operate a powered pallet truck safely
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow food safety and defense standards

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a physically demanding job
• Familiarity with powered pallet trucks is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail in order picking
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
