Join SBH as a Picker/Packer 2 in the Distribution Center. This intermediate role focuses on effective order picking, packing, and safe product handling to optimize workflow.

In this position, you will report to the Lead or Warehouse Supervisor. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a warehouse or distribution setting and the ability to perform all duties of a Picker/Packer 1. Key responsibilities include ensuring accuracy in product orders and maintaining safety in the workplace while meeting productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Radio Frequency or paper-based picking activities
• Package and ship products to stores or salons
• Execute Special Operations including deal break processes
• Stock products using various equipment effectively
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in a distribution/warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills mandatory
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
