Located in the Main Lodge Kitchen, you will be responsible for creating delectable desserts and maintaining a sanitized environment. The role requires you to produce various pastries, dessert buffets, and to assist in training incoming pastry staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional dessert quality and variety
• Maintain high sanitation standards in pastry area
• Develop dessert recipes for buffet and plated service




• Participate in training pastry assistants and junior staff
• Manage communication and efficiency in kitchen operations

Requirements:
• Culinary education or equivalent experience preferred
• Mandatory Food Protected Certification and WHMIS
• 2-3 years’ pastry experience required
• Must be able to work on feet for prolonged periods
• Capable of lifting heavy items when necessary
