Your primary responsibilities include assisting customers with part orders and inventory management while suggesting additional items. You will also contribute to team efforts through tidying and stocking, all within a friendly and collaborative environment that fosters growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Assist customers with locating necessary parts and resources
• Suggest additional parts to enhance customer orders




• Help maintain the tidiness and organization of the parts department
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a parts environment
• Strong agricultural parts knowledge and proficiency with software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift heavy materials
• Red Seal in Parts is an asset
