The NTC Nursing Program is hiring a motivated Administrative Assistant until March 31, 2027. In this role, you will assist approximately 20 staff members with complex tasks such as managing travel claims, maintaining calendars, and supporting new staff orientation. Your contribution will be essential in facilitating productive service provider contracts and effective communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for 20 staff members
• Assist in the orientation of new employees effectively




• Aid service provider contract administration and reporting
• Respond to calls and assist with client referrals
• Maintain and update the Mustim’muhw database system

Requirements:
• Grade 12 equivalency with office administration training
• 2-3 years of office experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication and office procedure knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
