Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Corporate Affairs & Office Administrator for our client. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and customer-focused professional who enjoys a diverse role combining office administration, employee engagement, communications, events, and corporate affairs support.

Pay Rate: $55k/year

Responsibilities
Office Administration & Front Desk

Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries

Manage visitor access, sign-in procedures, and daily visitor logs

Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and shipments

Prepare purchase orders and support vendor and supplier communications

Process expense reports and maintain procurement records

Maintain office supply inventories and coordinate equipment servicing

Support HR administration, onboarding activities, and new employee orientations

Coordinate meeting rooms, customer visits, and hospitality arrangements





Maintain confidential records and documentation

Corporate Affairs & Employee Engagement

Support planning and execution of employee events, town halls, and engagement initiatives

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and services for events

Track event expenses and support budget management

Gather attendance and feedback data to improve future initiatives

Capture event photos and content to support employer branding efforts

Communications & Marketing Support

Assist with creating presentations, communication materials, and employer branding content

Maintain internal communication channels, including Teams, intranet platforms, digital displays, and distribution lists

Support drafting, formatting, and publishing internal communications

Partner with HR, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging

Assist with monitoring media, social media, and community engagement activities

Manage inventory and ordering of promotional items, merchandise, and branded materials

Community & Corporate Initiatives

Support community relations activities, sponsorships, and partnerships

Assist with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives

Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs and events





Assist with additional administrative and corporate projects as required

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in an office, administrative, customer service, communications, or related environment

Demonstrated customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills

College diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Administration, or a related field is considered an asset

Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or similar design and communication platforms is considered an asset

Familiarity with SharePoint, internal communication tools, and digital content platforms is an asset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, agencies, or community partners is considered an asset

Respect for confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
