Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and passionate Head Barista to lead our café team and elevate the customer experience. As the face of our coffee operation, you will oversee daily beverage preparation, ensure exceptional service standards, and maintain a welcoming environment for all guests. Duties
Lead and motivate the barista team to deliver outstanding coffee and beverage service with energy and precision
Oversee daily café operations, including food and drink preparation, serving, and cash handling
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed, maintaining a clean and secure environment
Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and transactions
Train staff on proper food handling, customer service techniques, and food safety protocols
Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, ingredients, and supplies; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations
Handle customer inquiries,



resolve issues promptly, and create a positive experience that encourages repeat visits

Requirements
Proven barista experience with robust knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage crafting
Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms
Background in the food industry or food service environment with familiarity in serving and food preparation
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and inventory management
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and service
