Humber River Health is seeking a detail-oriented Registered Echocardiographer to join their creative team. This temporary part time position emphasizes the use of technology to enhance patient care quality in a flexible work setting. As a Registered Echo Technician at Humber River Health, you will play a critical role in diagnosing patients by delivering exceptional echocardiographic images.
You will be responsible for managing both inpatient and outpatient echocardiograms. Operating and troubleshooting ultrasound technology will be key to ensuring productive workflow. Your participation in quality improvement initiatives will further support the hospital's mission to provide high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide superior diagnostic images for patient assessments
Manage echocardiograms for diverse patient populations
Ensure ultrasound equipment is operating optimally
Accurately prepare reports on procedures and results
Contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives Requirements:
Must have completed a recognized echocardiography program
Registered with CMRTO and ARMDS/Sonography Canada
Minimum of one year recent echocardiography experience
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
