Join Communitas to provide essential mental health support remotely. As a Community Mental Health Worker, empower adults with psychiatric disabilities to thrive in their community through effective recovery plans.

In this part time role, you will play an integral part in supporting adults with chronic mental illness. Your responsibilities include implementing Individual Recovery Plans and liaising with clients, families, and community stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in mental health care and knowledge of rehabilitation principles will set you apart in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate client integration using recovery-centered approaches
• Implement recovery plans tailored to individual needs




• Interact positively with a diverse group of community members
• Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring quality support
• Foster relationships that empower clients towards independence

Requirements:
• Certificate in Community Mental Health or related field
• Previous experience with chronic mental illness preferred
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Knowledge of Spirit of Gentleness principles
• Possession of Class 5 Driver's License needed
