With over 500 team members across North America, we’re seeking experienced Millwrights and Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team at our Brantford facility. What You’ll Be Doing As a member of our Maintenance Team, you will:
Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime
Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance activities
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects




Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using our CMMS system
Order and track maintenance parts and inventory
Perform welding, fabrication, and general maintenance repairs as required
Work closely with Production and Operations teams to ensure equipment reliability
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance or millwright experience
Manufacturing experience is considered a robust asset
Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery and equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
