Key Responsibilities:
• Create individualized therapeutic menus for residents
• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and interventions
• Educate families and residents on dietary health




• Collaborate with various healthcare professionals for optimal care
• Identify and manage nutrition and hydration risks

Requirements:
• Accredited degree in Food and Nutrition
• Membership in College of Dietitians of Ontario/British Columbia
• 2+ years' experience in a Long Term Care setting
• Knowledgeable in Ministry of Health dietary regulations
• Familiarity with specialized dietary needs
