Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to personalized care plans set by supervisors
• Facilitate resident moves and transfers with care
• Observe and report on resident conditions effectively




• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Elevate medical emergencies to appropriate personnel

Requirements:
• Graduate of Health Care Aide program with practicum
• Experience in community health services with seniors
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification recommended
• Ability to perform necessary lifting and transferring tasks
