Key Responsibilities:
• Follow engineering drawings and job orders accurately
• Execute high-quality welds independently
• Set up welding equipment per material requirements
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols
• Operate and maintain preprogrammed welding robots

Requirements:
• Preferably a High School Diploma
• Required to pass an internal weld test
• Excellent blueprint reading skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs with assistance
• Previous experience with Lean Manufacturing is a plus
