You’ll operate a variety of process equipment, use automated and computerized systems, and follow detailed quality plans and work instructions to support reliable production outcomes.

This role contributes to continuous improvement through data collection, preventative maintenance support, and participation in warehousing, field, and harvest activities. Safety is central to everything we do, and you’ll help lead or support site safety initiatives that protect people, products, and performance.VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position.Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.This role will be on-site at the location.What You’ll Do:Run a variety of process equipment while adhering to our company’s robust safety policiesEnsure compliance with Quality Plan Work Instructions and Quality Plan requirementsCollect and record data for continuous improvement projects and production recordsSupport preventative maintenance (PM) and other general repair effortsLead or support a defined safety program to enhance safety across the siteAssist with warehousing activities including forklift operationUse automation and computerized systems to perform work tasks (HMI, computers, iPads, etc.)Potential to perform field management activities such as scouting, field maintenance, logistical planning, and maintain relationships with external partners (growers, contractors, etc.)Assist with harvest activities such as preparation, seed sampling, truck unloading,



and other relevant processesVarious other duties as assignedLocation Specific Items:This position may require working at our Ridgetown, Ontario location during seasonal peaksVariety of shifts worked during the year including continental 12-hour shiftsEducation:High School Diploma or a minimum of 5 years’ work experienceWhat Skills You Need:Value health and safety! Always work safely and follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure you and your colleagues go home safely every dayWillingness and flexibility to work a rotating shift and scheduled overtime hours, including weekends and holidays, during seasonal peaks to support production demandAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentComfortable with technology (computers, iPads, etc.), have valuable computer skills, and are familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordGood written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsHigh attention to detail, can multitask, maintain an organized workplace, and have excellent problem-solving skillsProactive, communicate concerns, and adaptableLegally able to work in Canada.

This role is also eligible for an annual bonus. Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.Corteva announced to separate our current advanced seed and genetics business to establish a standalone company, operating as Vylor, Inc. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to legal requirements and board approval.
