Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, stations, and dining spaces
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely service




Follow food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure guest safety at all times

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and basic math for accurate cash handling and billing
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
Basic understanding of food safety regulations and proper serving techniques
Kitchen experience or hospitality background is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
