Services is urgently hiring Respite Support Workers for its dedicated team. In this full time position, you will provide care for children with significant needs, using evidence-informed interventions.

Your role includes assessing client skills, managing challenging behavior, and creating a nurturing setting. Key Responsibilities:
Support therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs
Provide a validating, nurturing setting for diverse clients
Assess skills and needs through daily observations
Engage children in recreational and individualized goals
Manage challenging behavior using crisis intervention techniques Requirements:
College Diploma in ECE, CYC, SSW, DSW, or equivalent
Experience supporting children/youth with autism
Knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis principles
Understanding of social service systems in the GTA
