Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly, assist with fueling, and answer questions about products and services
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
Upsell convenience items, snacks, beverages, and car accessories to enhance customer experience and sales
Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure cleanliness of the store area
Conduct product demos when introducing new items or promotions to customers
Maintain proper phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting remote customers




Supervise store operations during shifts, including supervising team members if applicable, and ensuring safety protocols are followed

Experience
Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership roles within the station
Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management are essential
Strong communication skills to engage with customers confidently and clearly
Familiarity with grocery store operations or convenience retail environments is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards
