Oversee staffing coverage and on-call coordination
Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements

Monitor program effectiveness through stakeholder communication
Supervise and train frontline support staff Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
Background in community services or healthcare preferred
Robust decision-making and communication skills
Valid Class 5F Manitoba driver’s license
