Provide goal-directed nursing care for residents
Complete clinical assessments and maintain up-to-date documentation




Implement and evaluate care/service plans effectively
Assist in scheduling and participating in care conferences
Deliver direct patient care and medication administration Requirements:
Practical Nurse Diploma and active provincial registration
Minimum 3 years of experience in seniors’ health
Current CPR certification and computer proficiency
Demonstrate leadership and mentorship abilities
