The position

We are looking for a Financial Services Officer to join our team at our Winkler Branch! You should have a pleasant and self-motivated attitude, coupled with strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to effectively understand and meet member needs. Excellent communication and listening skills are essential, along with strong organizational and computer proficiencies. You should be confident in your ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of the team.

As a key player in our Member Services department, you will provide members with a range of services involving the promotion and sales of both cash and non-cash deposit products.



This includes opening accounts for individuals, businesses, organizations, corporations, and estates. You will also promote and administer registered products such as RRSPs, RRIFs, TFSAs, LIRAs, LIFs, GICs, and estate accounts, all while adhering to relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.

A key aspect of this role involves addressing inquiries from current and potential members, assessing their needs, and guiding them to the most suitable products and services.
