We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vape & 4/20 Specialist - Team Lead to join our retail team. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership skills, organizational skills, and a passion for the industry. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining product merchandising, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Experience
Leadership experience or previous supervisory roles in retail or similar settings preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and computer operation skills required
Experience with POS systems, cashiering/cash handling procedures necessary




Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell products effectively
Organizational skills for merchandising, filing, and inventory management essential
