Key Responsibilities:
• Paint and blast frames following Salford's standards
• Train current employees on procedures and equipment
• Ensure all products meet quality standards




• Maintain and clean work and paint equipment
• Keep accurate records of projects and conditions

Requirements:
• Secondary or post-secondary education diploma required
• 1-2 years in industrial painting or manufacturing preferred
• Basic understanding of paint equipment desired
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate large equipment
• Strong time management and communication skills
