Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate patient onboarding and appointment arrangements
• Perform accurate follow-up calls and maintain patient records

• Collaborate with Veteran Leads on programming and activities
• Provide support to the head office team as necessary

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred
• Experience in customer service is essential
