COSTI is seeking a skilled Mobile General Counsellor for its settlement program. The role demands a Social Service Worker diploma along with expertise in case management and refugee support. You will engage with clients in Vaughan, Richmond Hill, and East Gwillimbury while delivering services tailored to each individual's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver services across various York Region locations
• Conduct intake assessments for refugee claimants
• Develop tailored settlement plans for clients
• Provide referrals to community services and agencies
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for clients
Requirements:
• Social Service Worker diploma or related education
• Minimum of 12 months case management experience
• Knowledge of settlement issues for refugees
• Valid transportation access for regional travel
• Strong customer service and communication skills
