You'll be responsible for upholding the highest food quality and cleanliness standards while collaborating with a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
• Set up dinner and breakfast buffets with an omelet station
• Prepare hot and cold appetizers, including specialty requests




• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene protocols
• Conduct daily fridge and inventory checks
• Ensure effective communication with your team

Requirements:
• Culinary degree or relevant experience preferred
• Food Safe Certification and WHMIS mandatory
• 2-3 years of culinary experience
• Physical ability to lift weights and stand for long hours
