Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate onboarding and induction for recent hires
• Track local Indigenous candidate sourcing and engagement




• Address pay-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with HR documentation and reporting requirements
• Promote a respectful workplace and manage employee concerns

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in an HR coordinator role
• College diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Experience in construction or similar field preferred
• Must be able to work on-site and wear PPE
