Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve daily meals, snacks, and beverages
• Ensure food availability for guests after hours
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in kitchen and dining areas




• Oversee kitchen volunteers and manage daily tasks
• Follow set menu and create supply lists

Requirements:
• Grade 12 and Cooking Diploma plus 2 years experience
• Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 and FOODSAFE Certificate
• Experience in menu planning and cost analysis
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols
• Criminal Record Clearance for vulnerable sector
