Key Responsibilities:
• Report conditions affecting facility operations
• Learn and apply hotel emergency procedures




• Make repairs according to hotel standards
• Complete maintenance reports daily and accurately
• Maintain pool and hot tubs as required

Requirements:
• Prior hands-on maintenance experience in commercial settings
• Proficient use of power tools and hand tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Ability to frequently lift 50lbs and work in various settings
