Become a vital part of Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada as an Addiction Recovery Support Staff in Thunder Bay, ON. This full time position is centered on providing structure and care for clients in recovery.

This role involves direct supervision and operational support within a faith-based environment, emphasizing compassionate care for clients overcoming addiction. You will engage with clients through various activities, assist in maintaining a respectful atmosphere, and provide critical crisis response. Strong relational and organizational skills are key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain program structure and supervise client interactions
• Provide support during daily schedules and events
• Assist with medication management and safety checks




• Respond effectively to incidents or emergencies
• Support fundraising initiatives as needed

Requirements:
• Education in social work, addiction services, or ministry is preferred
• Relatable experience in addiction recovery required
• Must have or obtain a Valid driver's license
• First Aid Certification and kitchen experience are advantageous
• Ability to manage personal boundaries and maintain structure
